The Hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations in case the credit card results invalid, or the details of the card are incorrect.
Cancellation policy In case you have to cancel your reservation, you can do it without penalty 2 days prior to your arrival date, otherwise you will be charged for the cost of the first night as a penalty. The cancellation must be sent by fax or by e-mail.
The credit card will be charged in case of “NO SHOW" The Hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of the first night on your credit card in case you don’t show up (you don’t arrive) and your reservation was not cancelled.

You can occupy your room from 14:30 (noon) and you must leave the room so check out before and not later than 11:00am.
